Terms of service

These terms apply when you create a Nocrumbs account or use the service. By using it you agree to them.

Your account

You need a valid email address. You are responsible for the sites you add and for the people you invite to your organization. Keep your email account and devices secure, because they are how you sign in.

Using the service

You may add sites that you own or have permission to measure. You agree not to:

• send data that identifies people, such as names or email addresses, in events or pages;
• use Nocrumbs on pages that handle protected health information, such as patient portals or other signed-in health pages. Nocrumbs is not intended for protected health information and we do not sign business associate agreements;
• overload, probe, or interfere with the service, or send fake traffic to it;
• use the service to break any law.

We may suspend a site or an account that breaks these rules.

Plans and billing

The Free plan has no time limit and no card is needed. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew until you cancel. Pageviews are counted across all sites of an organization. If you stay over your plan's pageviews for 30 days, your plan moves up to the next one; a Free site over its limit stops counting after 30 days, and its data is kept. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the app, and the change applies from the next billing period.

Your data

The analytics data of your sites belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. You can export it or delete it at any time, and we delete it when you close your account.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Nocrumbs available and your data safe, but we provide the service as it is, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. We may improve or change features. If we remove something you rely on or change these terms in a way that matters, we tell you by email in advance.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We may end it with notice if you break these terms or stop paying for a paid plan.
